We promise to fill your order as quickly and efficiently as we can, and give it individual attention. Items we have in stock are shipped within a few days. Floggers and fetish gear orders ship to you from Iowa, whippy stuff from Los Angeles. We ship worldwide. We'll need your address or zip code to calculate shipping cost when we quote you for your order's total cost. We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the USA. Foreign order information is detailed further below. If you have any special instructions or drop-dead dates, PLEASE let us know when you place your order! We know that special dates, anniversaries, collaring ceremonies, weddings and birthdays are very important and we'll do everything we can to have your order arrive when you want it to, but please allow us enough advance notice!

Our warranty

We stand behind our work. We will promptly repair or replace defective merchandise if the problem is due to a mistake on our part - after all, we are human and sometimes we make mistakes. Just let us know. We will not be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper storage/cleaning/conditioning. Please follow our care instructions, especially for our horsehair floggers, to avoid damage. You should expect some wear and tear on your flogger with use, time, and age - nothing really lasts forever, does it? However, proper care and use will ensure many years of service and good looks from your Happy Tails Flogger, whip or fetish gear.

Returns and refunds

If you decide you don't like your flogger for any reason other than a material defect, to return it for full credit or refund, it must be in "like-new" condition. Refunds for returns for reasons other than a material defect, will not include refund of the shipping cost, and shipping it back to us is at your cost. Please contact us before returning a flogger. We'll always try to work with you in good faith to resolve any problems with your order. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We care about your satisfaction with our work and customer service.

**Foreign orders**

Anything we ship to another country that's made with ANY type of non-domesticated animal materials (horns, antlers, leather, bones, fur, etc.), no matter their origin, requires a US Fish and Wildlife export permit! As an individual retail customer, you don't need to have an import permit on your end. When we import our whips and kangaroo lace, we do so with a USFWS federal permit and import permit. Our Australian suppliers hold their own Aussie federal permits and ship with export permits.

When we ship our floggers and whips to foreign countries, they must be accompanied by a US export permit and USFWS inspection fee, the cost of which is added to your order. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we have to follow the law, and it's there for a purpose: protecting our environment and it's wild inhabitants. Doing this legally also prevents any hang-ups or delays when transiting through your country's Customs system.

Foreign orders must also ship via Fed Ex or UPS - they cannot be shipped like ordinary packages, via USPS Priority Mail. We declare our shipments at full value; please don't ask us to fake anything, because we won't. No exceptions! Additionally, there may be Customs duties and/or VAT tax upon arrival to you. Please contact your national Customs service to find out the particulars applicable to your package when it enters your country. If your order doesn't contain any wild animal materials, the USFW restrictions do not apply, but everything else above still does. Foreign, individual retail customers traveling internationally: You can purchase anything from us WITHIN the US, and legally take it home with you in your luggage, without the extra costs and fees!
